This kitchen had many challenges including multiple ceiling levels, drop down beams, and two floor levels. We installed a steel beam to eliminate columns and a drop down beam. We also created one floor level and opened up the space to create a functional kitchen with space to entertain while cooking. Before | After |

Our primary goal was to open up the kitchen to improve the nook seating area for this family of five.
