Project Overview
This kitchen had many challenges including multiple ceiling levels, drop down beams, and two floor levels. We installed a steel beam to eliminate columns and a drop down beam. We also created one floor level and opened up the space to create a functional kitchen with space to entertain while cooking. Before | After |

Project Overview
Typical of many homes, this home had an entirely unused room and a cramped kitchen with low ceilings. Our primary goal was to open up the kitchen to improve the nook seating area for this family of five. By creatively shifting the spaces, we were able to move the dining space into the former unused living room and convert a portion of the former dining area into a large walk-in pantry Designed by Michael Snow with interior design by Gina Roberts-Wagner of Seed Interiors. Project Overview
This kitchen was dated, cramped, and nonfunctional. The homeowners wanted a kitchen that was open, progressive, functional, and sensitive to the environment. So we tore out a dividing wall and the dropped down ceiling to open the space up and bring in natural daylight. All that extra space allowed us to custom fit everything just for them and do so in a more clean and progressive design. The materials specified were environmentally friendly like cork flooring, engineered wood veneers, and quartz countertops. Before | After |

This dramatic aesthetic change also shows how much difference a small modification can make; besides the beautiful Kitchen transformation (new cabinets, granite tops, plumbing fixtures, tile splash, lighting, paint) we moved the peninsula, creating a few more inches of space in the Kitchen area that has made all the difference.
