This house had a very compact design and equally restrictive site making the addition a very rewarding challenge. The key to this project was creating the proper connection to the existing house while adding to and opening up the kitchen to the rest of the house. Michael Snow and our production team faced several challenges in creating this new family entertaining and multi-function space due to site restrictions and engineering requirements. The low level of the garage relative to the main house required our design and production team to think outside the box in order to seamlessly and aesthetically blend the addition into the current structure.
